Red's Wrecker has proudly served the Upstate of South Carolina for over 35 years. Now led by Melanie Stempel, a determined and visionary woman originally from Germany, the business has become one of the largest towing companies in the region.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Switzerland, Melanie pursued an MBA at Lynn University in Florida. At just 24, she returned to South Carolina and entered the towing industry, determined to prove that women can lead with strength and grace in a male-dominated field. She continues to laugh when new drivers assume she’s just the dispatcher, until they realize she runs the company!
